i tried to email CS because my credit card co. placed a hold on my account and i wanted to check that the payment was received in time to get the items for Halloween. CS didn't reply, but i got an an invoice 3 days later and received the items on time.

The wig I bought arrived the day of my costume party even though I ordered it at the start of October, it arrived but it could have gotten here faster. The "horns" on it began to go limp and to unravel a quite fast, maybe a better packaging would help.

I was very impressed with the quality and thoroughness of the costume. This is also the only place with very fast free shipping. I received my costume within 2-3 days of placing the order.
