We ordered a smooth surface stove top. The top does have 3 white marks that can not be removed. They seem to be slight scratches. But other than that, we are happy with the item.

My only suggestion would be to upload pictures of the parts on your website. Many parts did but mine did not. It would give consumers a little bit more assurance that they are buying the correct part they need.

The part was backordered and I was not informed 'til I contacted them when it didn't arrive on time (express option). They offered no refund or resolution. When contacting them, they refused to answer my questions, and still have not. VERY unhappy!!

We ordered a stainless steele dishwasher front and they told us they had it. When it was delivered it was a white front. We e-mailed them and we were told it did not come in stainless steele. Not sure why they told us they did have it.No refund yet.

I was checking the APS's ORDER STATUS on 10/28 (Mon), after ordering 10/24...it never showed that it was shipped.I emailed the company to respond to the ship date, they never responded. But the package did arrive the following Tuesday 10/29.
