I was so surprised how quickly the order was packed and shipped to us. I ordered on Friday and it arrived on Monday! Good thing to because my 4 year old was checking the mailbox constantly ! thanks

The items I ordered were for our first grandson. He is 2.5 months old and enjoying them alot! Iam extremely pleased with the quality and service. Merci beaucoup!

The order tracking was a mess, it took me three trips to the post office to track down my package, I wasconcerned that I would not get it by CHristmas. I recieved it on Dec 22. There needs to be a better way of tracking the package.

Smaller packaging / delivery box next time - such a waste in a time we can no longer afford it and should know better! Other than that, I am happy with my purchase and the it's process.

The item I purchased was incorrectly described as a rattle. In fact, it had a squeaker instead. The e-mail response I received indicated that a squeaker should work just as well. For a two-months old baby to operate a squeaker is a little unrealistic, as opposed to a rattle which would be activated by kicking.

It will be better to notify customer earlier when some items on the order is back-ordered. I was notified from the packing slip of one item saying that the other item on the order was back-ordered.
