I did not get an e mail about my order because I have accidentally entered a wrong e mail address. Even though that happened no one hesitated to call me to let me know my order was canceled.So over all I am not satisfied with the shopping experience.

A friend of mine had purchased the stroller and I talked to her about it and she loves it. I am having my second grandchild in January so we will put it to good use.

I was unsatisfied with this website. I ordered a stoller for my best friend's baby shower thinking the order went through but it didn't and I didn't receive any email regarding the order. I ended up calling the co. and canceling the entire order!!!

Excellent customer service! Package arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. Website confusing at times, but rep made up for that issue. She was awesome!

I am very pleased. My order arrived when they said it would. It looks like it looked online which doesn't always happen, I got free shipping and it was easy to put together.

Rec'd stroller 9 days after ordering-was broken-spoke to Quandra who refused to expedite shipping on new stroller! Ridiculous that I have to wait AGAIN! Hope the "new" one isn't broken too.
