Customer service is non-existant. I was charged for a ProPack with my TV that I knew nothing about. I will never buy from them again.

123 Buy Direct sent me an email that they cancelled the order and closed their business. I have nto checked to see if I was billed or billed and refunded at this time.

I don't think I'll have to worry about ordering anything from 123 since they are apparently out of bussiness, so i found out when I tried to confirm my order.

My only dis-satisfaction was that the delivery of my 63" TV could not be done without my help. I had to leave work immediately, come home, and help the delivery man get the TV into my house.

Apparently went out of business-no notification-I am thankful that they did refund the charges on my VISA. Unable to get a response from them by phone or email-I sent an email as notificaation of my cancellation after failed communication and delivery.
