I was really pleased with my outdoor wicker that I purchased. It arrived quickly and was exactly what I wanted. The packaging was great,no damage.

A great patio umbrella - good value and excellent quality. I haven't had a need to use it, as it is so late in the season, but it looks very sturdy.

The phone assistance was terrible. The person was both rude and gave me bad advice about what to buy. Because of this, the seat cushions I ordered are too small for my wicker patio furniture. Unfortunately the product is non-refundable.

the patio umbrella lights advertised are misleading. I exptected the umbrella lights to come installed in the umbrella. they shipped sepately, ,you have to install yourself. I still have not found the time for. so that was a big disappointment.

Lounge Chair cushions are not as comfortable as I would have liked. They are adequate, but not wonderful.
