i recieved my earlier shipments on time ..however i placed an order on the 13th of August and money was taken out of account that day however i just recieved info that it did not ship until the 19th ad i wiil not recieve it until th 22nd..was very happy with speed of processing but not on this transaction.

Could you consider to provide inexpensive delivery options for the international customers? The choice you provide for the international customers is only "International Express." I can not get my parcel as there are a lot of hassles with customs! I had to get a doctor to fill out forms and now has to wait for the medicines control council to give me permission to use it.

was not aware that a 20 plus pound shipping charge was to be paid. discresion was poor. This is a rather sensitive issue, that i would keep to my self. i was not in when package was deliverd, my flat mate had to pay the charge, but rung me first to ask money paid for hair prodocts. i would expect a more discreet approace next time.
