I wanted to buy a diamond ring that is on sale but it say,s that you do not ship to canada, why are somethings like the diamond ring and earrings not shiped tyo canada

It took 15 days from order to delivery the ring looks ok but the the stones are not as bright as I hoped they would be.

I liked product, but unhappy that i was never called and told what the status was of my order. It took longer than it should. When I called in the gentlemen didnt seem concerned. He said it would be put on next day but took 6 days.

The Rubys I bought are synthetic and were claimed to be natural. They are also smaller than they appear on line. They were looked at by a jeweler. I am not sending them back because I do not have the time and I don't want to pay to ship.
