i got wacked with £13.33 customs charge and had to wait another two weeks to get my order. Not your fault i know but it makes it not worth while to buy from you- i'll be using a uk company from now on.

They need to provide flip cases. screw on cases not recommended.

I sent in a copy of my prescription with a product return, it was lost. I need to find the prescription and fax it to them, I haven't been able to do that as of yet.

one of my contact lens had a tiny rip in it sofar but i opened another and it was fine. I did have to throw it out it was bothering my eye.
