The order was finally delivered after I called customer service afters 7 days with no response. Two of my items were backordered, however, I was not informed of this. I had to call and change the order before it finally shipped.

I did receive a message that my order was canceled by the company without an explanation, I e mailed customer service requesting an explanation for the cancelation, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A RESPONSE! It has been a week.

Fedex tracking alerted product would'nt meet delivery deadline due to breakage. Called customer service to see to find resolution. After speaking w/support,I did not receive a call back as offered by staff to provide a solution and gift was late.

Excellant service. Delivery with FedEx was in error but resolved quickly. It was not a problem with WineChateau.

I was very happy that my wine was delivered on time. Since then, I ordered another case of wine and helped my sister-in-lew order a case of wine. I will likely order more wine in the future from the Wine Chateau.
