LOVE THE PRODUCT BUT THE PRODUCT WAS SHIPPED 4 TO 5 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. TOOK 2 WEEKS TO GET TO ME.

I received the order on time but the necessary signature was not waived as agreed upon with customer service so I had to wait until the next day which was a little bit of a nuisance but not the end of the world.

i ordered my boots but the size is 8 as I am the 8 but boots run big so ineeded a 7

My inquiry was regarding availability of a different color, it would have been nice if footnotes could have gotten the other color for me. They pretty much just said, it's not available...or you can wait...vs hey I'll try to get it for you.

I ordered 2 of the same EXACT shoes in size 6. There was a significant size difference between the 2 same size shoes! Poor quality assurance.

I had to argue that it shouldn't have had "free shipping" if it didn't apply to sale. It didn't say that. I didn't win that one, and paid the shipping. However, I love the Fitflops anyway. Wasn't too happy with your customer service on this. however
