The product was fine, delivery time was excellent. The only compliant I have is shipping costs seemed to be too high considering the product purchased and the weight of the product.

I was displeased with the processing time of my order. I paid for fast shipping, but the entire order took 10 business days to deliver. The product is great, but business owners need to know exactly when the order will deliver before they pay.

The initial item (a rubber stamp) was defective. I don't know if it was a computer glitch or what, but problems do occur. This vendor made me feel very comfortable that the problem would be rectified sent a replacement item within a couple of days.

I do not like the deosit tickets. We do a lot of checks at one time and this does not allow for that. They are also not bound together very well.

The spacing of the lines in each of the check registers that I purchased is a little tight. Perhaps one or two entries could be removed to enlarge the space for the rest of the entries. Not a big deal, though.
