There was an ad after that lured me into signing up for a membership in some ridiculous organization I had no desire to join. That fact that you're associated with such an organization and facilitate the manner in which the ad is presented deceptively overrides any good thing about the product. I will not do any further business beyond this response... More

Shipping took forever, it was like a 2 week process and the items were in stock. I understand it was the holidays, but they said they wouldn't even ship until 1/2, however they did ship before that date, but were not here by Christmas...

When I ordered my dinner plate and salad plates, it said the items were in stock. I received an email later stating not in stock and didnt know when it would be. I needed this plate for a party 10 day later.
