The issue i had was w/ online credit app. I applied, it said they couldn't extend me credit and I'd receive a letter. I put the order on my credit card instead, then rec'd a lumber liquidators card in the mail a couple wks later. Wanted 6mos, no interest.

Sample order was placed 10/13/09. Contacted customer service 10/23 & 10/28 to ask about the order. Samples never arrived. Went to LaVergne, TN, location 10/31/09. Gentleman in the store was very helpful. He refunded my money; gave me the samples.

I received a severely dented container of Bostik Best Adhesive. I asked for and was given another container but It was also dented but not quite as severe. The young man who assisted me had me wait and was not pleasant.

It took about a month to get the product. That seems like a long time for something advertised in their website as on sale. But it was what we needed to complete our room makeover, and the store representative was very pleasant.

The quality and price of the products from Lumber Liquidators is fantastic! I have only ordered samples, but will definitely purchase my new flooring from them. I was pleased and impressed by the unique box the samples were shipped in. Innovative!
