I added the item to be purchased on sat. I went in to change the size and pay on Sun. I called the cust rep,she stated that the price $599 had been updated overnight and I would have to pay $750 if I wanted the ring. This is not good buisness practice. The ring is awsome and I am happy with it.

good, courteous, customer service; very competitive prices, quality of diamonds superior. Website can be more descriptive per item, since pictures don't always give you small details. Good return policy makes it comfortable for customer purchase.

I was aware of the quality and details of my diamond ring. There are two tiny inclusions in my ring and I like that they are there; I think I'm the only one who knows of them. It is just as it was described and I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm pleased with the very reasonable prices, too.

I am very satisfied with the ease of finding what I wanted on the website, the oredering process, great customer service on the phone, and the delivered product. I will definately order from World Jewels again.

I love the ring but it was the wrong size it came in 12 mens and I needed an 11. So I just need to find out what I need to do to get it corrected. But it was exactly what he wanted.
