My ordered was finally delivered nearly a week after the tracking number indicated it was delivered.

While this order took longer than usual it was not overly long and I did receive an email inquiry from Baxter asking if I had received my order so I suspected that there had been some snafu but no worries...love the products, love the site

this is the best company i think i have ever worked with. look at my other ratings and you won't see a single 10! the issue i had was regarding me ordering incorrectly, it had nothing to do with them. the staff is fun, friendly & easy to do biz with.

You should allow customers to select their shipping method; I specifically put in my house address so that the products would be shipped to my house yet they were sent to the PO BOX which caused me a huge hassel.
