I ordered on 10/26, allowing plenty of time for a 10/31, Halloween delivery. Tracking was so outdated, I had to go buy a second wig at a local shop. I will not use your site again and hope to return the item, after all, who needs TWO red wigs?!

After numerous phone calls and emails, I was able to get my order in order so that I can receive it on time. I don't understand the concept of emailing when there is something wrong with the order, if I already have a customer service rep on line.

The box was opened before delivery but nothing was missing. Someone was home at the time of delivery. The delivery person rang the bell and left the package at the front door. My mom went to answer the door, saw the box, and brought the opened box inside

i was guaranteed delivery before halloween,when i called ups. they said it was "right on time for monday" 2 days after halloween!& customer service the lady said WE DON'T CONTROL MOTHER NATURE. i am extreamly dissapointed with this experiance!!!!!!!!!
