Li-Po battery was loose in box, bent the stiffning rods for the tail boom.

the only thing happen was the body was cracked and customer service is taking care of the problem that's why I'll buy from x-Heli again

The X-Heli website suggested I also purchase the Esky simulator along with my helicopter, which I did. However, the Esky simulator does not provide a simulation of flying the co-axial helicopter I bought (or any other co-axial helicopter).

My shippment came in a box that was slightly damaged and the rotor blades I bought were a tight fit inside, nothing damaged though. I would still like a USPS shpiping option. It either takes too long to ship items or you pay alot for UPS 2nd day.

It was a pretty durable heli. how ever, I did finally break it, and so I'm gonna have to order a couple replacement parts, but overall I'm happy.

once my order was placed was told i needed to prove who i was by faxing copy of my id and cc . after i did was told would take them 3 days to look at my file then if everything was OK my order would be shipped. Customer service was nonchalant about it.

Would like for you to support helicopter with replacement parts. Takes a very long time on hold to speak to someone. Other than that, good service. In process of returning items. Hoping for easy resolution.
