I have always liked the quality of Applebee's clothing. However, I did order a pair of jeans that I loved from you and when I got them the material was NOT the same as the ones I bought preveously. I was disappointed in that.

Your women's slacks are cut too short in the back. I cannot wear them. But your women's long sleeve knit shirts are great.

For two years I have tried to order a Black knit Mock turtle dress. I ordered as soon as I received my catalog. Both times item not available. Don't advertise things you do not have!

I like all the boiled wool items you carry. I like the fact that shipping is free to me, but am not happy about having to pay the shipping to return items. The order tracking was very hard to use, and in fact I couldn't get it to work for me.

I was a bit surprised that my order for Merino wool sweaters arrived with a tag which just stated "Merino" (no wool), However, they seem to be fine and I hope they are as good as the other Merino wool sweaters which I have ordered from you in the past.
