My order was placed on10/19 and the items did not arrive untill Nov 1. They shipped Fede and gave me a tracking number which was my cell phone number. When to Fedex site and it would not work. They had gret prices but will not use again.

Great company. Good discounts. Product was not delivered to the right address, but the person it was delivered to brought it to me. This is not EZContactsUSA's problem, but was the only negative thing in regards to the order.

decent price, good shipping and i'm just curious why there is this chinese writing on the boxes? is that why they are cheaper?

i ordered an item on a sunday for a birthday gift. the item did not ship until the following tuesday (9 days!). i missed the birthday and had to buy another gift. what a waste.

with regards to shipping, i did not opt for standard, yet I chose $7.95 ground UPS/FedEx. Yet, its still arrvied in the same time had I chose standard.
