I received the order on time- actually faster than expected and the samples I ordered look great but they were very expensive for samples with no info on a discount if I order the tile from the company.

I was very satisfied with my purchasing experience with South Cypress. My only problem is that I should have ordered a sample to verify that our color selection was acceptable. The color of white is way to gray in appearence.

The sample was only one day late. So far I'm very pleased--we'll see what happens when I order the complete shipment.

I am a business operating at a mall with limited access to a loading dock. Therefore , I had to travel 20 miles to go pickup the merchandise at the UPS location, since the dock did not have full availability. Ths was very inconvenient.
