We ordered the flooring on August 31 and the complete order was delivered in less than one week. The sample pieces we examined look beautiful.Can't wait to see the completely installed flooring when we are finished with this project.

Had to pay a flat shipping rate for 25 tiles, which was quite excessive

The only negative was that I didn't receive a delivery date of when my material was going to arrive. I wasn't here when the material was delivered but could have been if provided an actual date/time. I will purchase from South Cypress again.

I received the order on time- actually faster than expected and the samples I ordered look great but they were very expensive for samples with no info on a discount if I order the tile from the company.
