I'm still waiting for the product to arrive. I found it puzzling that you would send out an e-mail to someone who hasn't received there product because it is on back order. I STILL NEED IT!

Good product and price. Shipping rather pricey. $10.00 for a $22.00 very light item

I still have a package on my door step, that was wrongly delivered along with my order. I was informed by customer service that it would be picked up by UPS last Wed.9/30/09. I'm sure that person would like their order as well.
