Order was not even processes and customer service didn't want to take time to help me so I went to another company and got the costumes and shipping cheaper.

Fun site to shop. Always appreciate opportunity to have "free" shipping and handling....as that is a feature I actually shop around for. Costumes were "a hit" with my kids and the people they visited on Halloween!

My order wasn't delivered in time (by UPS) so I had to order another one and have it shipped over night and send the first one back once I got it.

My Cleopatra costume was delightful and everyone who saw me in it was complimentary. It was true to size and of good quality. There were many different costumes from which to choose. I recommend this company to everyone who likes to have fun.

We placed our order on-line & did not record our order # assuming we would be emailed a conf. but we didn't so we had no way of tracking the order. We tried to call CS from 5pm - 6pm.PST but to no avail. Luckily our order arrived @ 7pm 10/30/09. Whew!

I didn't receive a tracking number and 2 customer service agents said order didn't exist. Finally I talked to a lady named Tia who was able to find my order. My store address was spelled wrong. Luckily Tia went the extra mile and tracked it down for me!
