I did not receive any communication from SimplySoles about my return of the one item shipped, nor my cancellation of the second item that was on backorder. I found out return had been credited when I received my credit card statement. Most other businesses will communicate about a cancelled order.

I did not see the non returnable information on the order form. It was in the original web page but nowhere in the ensuing placement of order. I was quite unhappy

I am thrilled! What fabulous service, and the shoes are incredibly beautiful! The packaging was first rate, even down to the hand written note inside. I can't wait to buy again!
