my machine was missing a small but integral part. i was able to transfer an identical part from an item that won't be required for use immediately. but still have not received the replacement part from Total Trainer.

Since I have received the Total Trainer I have added thirty minutes of workout to my hour of bicycling training each night. I am completely satisfied with this exercise equipment and have recommended to two others already.

My Total Trainer shipped promptly with all accessories as promised. It did not roll as easy as I had expected and seemed to drag when being used on all inclines. Unit is sturdy overall but rollers and/or pulleys are stiff and do not glide smoothly.

Decided under thirty (30) return policy to return item in original box all nuts, bolts, and washers intact but need an RMA nr.Phoned Bayou Fitnes Total Trainer daily fm Aug 20. Am informed that manufacturer Kallett is not responding. Filed CC dispute.
