I did not think it would take this long to receive the product. Also the free gift is missing. I just sent them a e-mail to see what went wrong. None the less I love my purchase.

The item was backordered/out of stock for several months. It would have been nice to know this information upon ordering, so I could have gone elsewhere at that time instead of finding out days later. I had a quick deadline.

product was priced resonably, quality was very good. It took longer to recieve than I expected but was worth the wait. There was no tracking numbers or notification that item had been shipped.

I ordered my item on 2/13/2009 and did not recieve it untill 3/4/2009. I found that level of customer service unacceptable. I called the customer service number 6 times, and left 5 messages, none of which were returned.
