Aqua Super store left me in a bind. I ordered a pump and it tool 4 working days to tell me it was discontinued. I am very upset! They gave no other good option either.

I sent aqua an email the day after I recieved my pump.10/27/09. I also sent photos showing a dent in the motor body of the pump and questions about it being re-furbished> I've not recieved any follow up from my email, so I assume they don't care.

The Pump that i received does not work at high speed ansd I will probably need to return it and I am very concerned thst a good deal is going to turn into an expensive inconvenience!

The foam packaging had crumbled and the enamel dish of the porcelain fire pit arrived severely scratched on both top and bottom. A pleasant and skilled customer service agent informed me that a new replacement dish would be shipped immediately.

Was easy but a e-mail with a different price confused me.Dollar extra???Still don't know what that is all about.Some of the product leaked out poor packiging.

I was surprised that the item was shipped in its own box which was very thin cardboard. I expected it to be in a corrugated box for protection.

I got my pool cover and 3 of metal garmonts [eyes] were smashed and my cover had a small tear in it ,I put it on my pool anyway because of leaves starting to fall off of trees and rainy conditions,I was not home when it was delivered.
