I order the life size witch on broom it did not come but when I looked on line the unit was still in stock?? Also I order the grim ripper bander and it was just push in the box badly.

Only part of order was delivered. The packing slip was incorrect, however the credit card charge was correct. Told that Spirit cancelled part of the order only after I called, but that the other part would still be delivered. I have not seen it yet.

I ordered a costume for my son, but it was much smaller than the online sizing chart described. Now I need to order another costume. I probably won't bother returning the first one because after shipping and a 20% restocking fee, it won't be worth it.

I purchased item from their store and was anxiously waiting for it but three days later I was notified that they were unable to complete by purchase! Extremely horrid experience especially when I received a confirmation that the sale went through!
