Paying for two day delivery and getting delivery in about two weeks is not good customer service.

The batteries I ordered even thought they were ground shipment did not get shipped the same day and were delayed by two days which created customer problems on my end.

No tracking number given by email. Had to call about delivery date. However, delivery time was quick. I just like to track shipment on my own...

Item was on backorder but I never received notice. I had to buy the product elswhere and canceled the order.

The only thing that I don't feel comfortable is that I paid almost $21.00, hoping that it will be shipped priority mail and it took 13 days to arrived. But I am very pleased with the product and will continue buying from this seller.
