I was told that when the order was filled and sent I would recive a tracking number to follow it, I Never recived one and when fedX called and said they had two skids of welding parts I refused the order,Then latter acepted it

When I ordered the item, I wasn't told that it was a "special order" and was back ordered. I had to call to ask what was going on. When it arrived, it was not what I expected. I tried to verify what I ordered, but it had been removed from the website.

My order received in very timely manner, I am very happy with it. But I just did not like regarding no phone no to contect, Just make you worry for no reason.

The least expensive of the on-line vendors I checked, which was 17 different ones. Great web site-user friendly, easy to purchase online, a breeze to use. Very Satisfied!

I attempted several times to contact Wares Direct to cancel my order. But they billed my credit card BEFORE they even sent my order. They had time to correct this and did not. I will not recommend them to any others.

Ordered one case of NCR paper. requested that it be packaged specially since it has come in damaged befoe..request was ignored order shiped UPD ground and billed $95.00 for shipping which is several times what I am usually billed for shipping UPS Ground

Like I said before, the price was excellent -- until shipping was added in. I only bought one small ink item but the thing cost more than seven bucks to ship.
