I could not find a local store which carried an item I lost. I went on line and found what I needed: a butane hair curler. I am most pleased with the Factory Outlet Store. And yes, I will contact them again. Thanks to FOS I can fix my hair again.

The item that I received was the wrong GPS car charged it didnot fit into my GPS. I am using a Magellam 300T and the list on your site listed this chaeger was for my GPS. I can't find a button to contact Customer Service on there site

I request to have my items delivered in 2 days and it was at my door early in the morning the next day....I was inpressed and very happy.

I have never used Factory Outlet Store before my last order. I received the item quickly, well packaged, and as described on the website. The price was quite a bit lower than other sites I looked at. I have no complaints.

Thay sent the WRONG Product!!!! I ordered a 8GB video pen and received a 1GB pen.... I'm not happy at all products should be inspected before they are shipped....

i called 1st,was told that GPS would work with an external antenna unfortunately, it does not have a port for the ex. antenna. I now need to purchase a special docking station for that purpose. please call me ASAP
