I have tried to contact customer support several times by phone and email. I have recieved no response. The prodoct I recieved is not what ws ordered.

The description and picture of the earrings I ordered was white gold, however, when I received the earrings they were yellow and white gold.

I was disappointed in the color of the stud diamonds I ordered as they were very yellow in color which I wasn't expecting. I knew they were not the best quality but did not expect the color to be so yellow.

If you like diamonds that look Yellow instead of White/ Clear then buy them. Otherwise I was the victim of the old bait and switch. Diamond earrings pictured looked nice versus actual ones received was YELLOW. I'm waiting for my wife's reaction!!
