I really have no problem with Tyler Tool. They were all very nice and easy to contact and talk to, just vvery disappointing that it took two months to get my order. I realize this was not there fault.
My only complaint is that it took a month for the product to arrive. I have already placed another order with them and I will save my final opinion until I see how this order is processed.
The item was on back order and I was told 3-4 weeks before it would be shipped. After not hearing anything after 5 weeks I contacted customer service and was told it was in and would be shipped the next day.
Suggest you devise a system which would allow a gift-giver to have a gift card enclosed with a tool that has been purchased as a gift. Currently there's no method to let the recipient know who the tool-gift is from.
