I left messages about 6 times to please call me b ack or e-mail me about my order. As of now NO ONE CALLED OR E-MAILED ME BACK. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH YOUR SERVICE. DONT THINK I WILL ORDER ANYTHING ELSE BECAUSE OF THIS.

I emailed to ask about smaller earrings, since your site frequently does not include measurements of the items. I bought a pair of green topaz earrings that are beautiful, but much too big for me. No reply from email yet.

i like very much your web, but it took too long for delivery (you even don't have written delivery time on your web - or i didn't find it?), i prefere to be told the truth (15 days). I was very disappointed by the colour of the stone - is faided.

I have not seen the pendant myself as it was a gift for my daughter who lives on the other side of the country. However, she was delighted with it, so I assume that it was as described. It also arrived on the day of her birthday!

An overall good shopping experience; well-made, interesting jewelry. Some of their site photos can be deceiving, though. I bought a topaz ring for my mum and it ended up being more transparent than I thought. The stone is good quality, though.
