The earrings are exactly as shown. but the backing doesn't come off! my wife was very dissappointed and we plan on returning the items. The jewelry looks considerably bigger in the photos than they are in person, so I'm becoming hesitant to order jewelry over the web any more. (This is the third time I've experiences this with ICE products).

I was pleased with the quality of the ring I received and I was extremely happy that my order arrived 5 days before I expected it to. The only thing that I was unhappy about was that the ring seemed to be about 1/2 size larger than the size that I ordered. I will have to get it re-sized.

MISTAKENLY ORDERED EXACT SAME BRACELET I HAD ORDERED PREVIOUSLY (FOR SAME PERSON!) NO PROBLEM RETURNING IT AT ALL. I LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH FOLKS THAT UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYONE MAKES A MISTAKE. I WILL BE BACK.
