Although you stated the Items were available in stock and would ship same day or at least within 24hrs, I found this to be either an Outright Lie or they ship from China on a Slow Boat! Whatever the case I needed these for a Birthday Gift and Ordered them on the 15th of October giving myself 8 days of shipping time, being they would ship within 24hrs... More

I ordered a particular digital camera battery from iGoneMobile (battery #EN-EL1). At the time of ordering, there was no issues noted. The wrong batteries were sent to me. The product is very poorly designed and broke when I was installing it. I contacted Igonemobile.com by e-mail and they were very responsive about returning the product, I have asked for a replacement.

I am totally dissatisfied with the deplorable service from Igonemobile. I ordered my product because Igone SAID they would Ship by 2 Day Shipping. However, it took a week to arrive. Very satisfied with price of product and easy-to-use website. Not too pleased with delivery system. Tracking only good for UPS part of delivery. UPS was handled in 3 days. Handed over to USPS and then tracking unavailable and delivery additional 5 days.
