regrettably, the item I ordered was not available in Canada. I was contacted to see if I would accept another product instead. I appreciated this effort on the part of the seller.

product ordered was substituted with another product. spray tan was ordered, lotion was sent. Checked product online and found that the product sent to me is not even a current product, but a discontinued product.

I saw Dromias on a TV ad, ordered it, but when it arrived it was not Dromias, but rather a substitute - I feel this is not fair to send a substitute without contacting the customer. I was impressed with the website of Dromias - not with another product

I contacted customer support via email on three different occasions and did not receive one single response. I had no idea what was going on with my order at all throughout the entire process. I am not very pleased with this process.
