WELL I ORDERED 2 LIPSTICKS FROM THEIR (SCANT ) SELECTION AND BY THE TIME I RETURN 1 I WILL HAVE PAID $5.00 S&H FOR A #3.00 LIPSTICK. NOT VERY THRIFTY ON MY PART, OH WELL A LESSON LEARNED!

all good, but perhaps try using less packaging. no need to put 6 items in a large cardboard box.

Unable to locate Max Factor products. Unable to find Max Factor Products in Athens, Al which I have used for 52 years. Deeply appreciative for finding Drugstore.com in order to continue with a make up I am completely satisfied with. Again thanks so much.

I always get something broken because the contents are not adequately packaged. They are excellent at replacing or refunding for the damaged item. Good customer service.

I wish I had been aware of the products restrictions....software could not be used on my 64 bit computer. This was an exercise in futility and now I may not even be refunded the entire amount I paid. Doesn't seem fair.
