I paid an extra $13 for 2nd day FedEx and got regular ground shipping which would have and should have been free if I chose that option. On another note, ZZF pretty much has the best prices anymore.

This has been one of the best online ordering experiences yet and I'm a long time internet buyer. This company is amazing!Prices are great, free shipping listed on just about every product, big plus in my book! Wow factor going on in this company!

Still waiting for the HIS 5850 video card to get back in stock. Had to order a lesser card to assemble new system (also ordered from ZZF).

Part (video card) was listed as in stock and ready for delivery. Part was ordered. Part in status of packed, no cancel. Part is still not in stock and not shipped.
