The delay in receiving my order was not the fault of Wine Insiders, but it did impact my overall satisfaction. UPS temporarily 'lost' the package.

My wine took 33 calander days to receive Ordered 7/23; arrived 8/27. I was not notified of delay nor was I notified that some wines advertised were not available and replaced by others. I do not know what "on time" delivery means. My order was placed July 27 and it was delivered Aug. 25. In the meantime I received several queries by e-mail for delivery confirmation. I never received my shipment of wine. I called and they said they do not see it but when I look at my orders it is there and it says it was shipped.

One of the wines ordered was out of stock and the shipment was delayed. It would have been helpful if Wine Insiders let me know by eMail that the shipment was going to be delayed.
