After the order was placed, Vitasprings.com called to extract additional shipping charges. I agreed to the additional charges. Then on 11/6 I received noticed that the item was "out of stock".

took over 1 month to get my order. company did not contact me was told more than once order had shipped but not provided tracking info. One excuse after another and no offer of compensation

h& s should be less for orders over $ 50.00

Your delivery was earlier than expected...nice surprise. Unfortunately one of the items was not available that showed as available on website, so was a bit disappointed with that. Offering an alternative to a N/A product would be nice feature.

I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY DO YOU NEED TO CHARGED YOUR CLIENT AN EXTRA AMOUNT LIKE WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. SO ANNOYING, IM PAYING AN INTEREST FOR THAT EXTRA AMOUNT YOU CHARGED ME TO MY VISA.

Your shipping rates are very high, I paid for 12 bottles of the same size of your supplement for only 16.54$, as shipping fee from US to Istanbul/Turkey. Your shipping fee was 10.00$ for one bottle!!! This is not fair!
