I am extremely pleased with VitaminDeal! I love the fact that I can order on an "as needed" basis rather than "automatic mailings" as I previously had with the "maker".

they did not have the product. they did not info me in a timely manner. It was canceled, without telling me why

There is no fax number on your website. You should make it very explicit at check out time as to what is required if an order exceeds a certain dollar amount. Until now, I have never had an order rejected because I was spending too much money.

I thought that the product I received was too expensive & would probably purchase it again if it were lowered by 10$

They had flavors others said were discontinued by the manufacturer. I am glad to see Vitamin Deal was so well stocked.

I ordered the product, recieved an email confirming reciept of the order, and providing a tracking number for the shipment. My account was billed for the full price. I later find that you cancelled the order. no email to this effect.
