They sent an e-mail that my order shipped the 13th w/ a tracking number. The # was no good. I contacted them the following week, only to find out it was shipping out that day and the products were out of stock and backordered.

I was not impressed with your Customer Service Rep. When I called the first time to place the order, she had no idea what the different product of shark cartlidge was. When I asked her if it was 100% pure, she could not even answer that question.

There was no communication about their ability to only partially fill my order and it took about a month for them to send what part they had. The price was great though.
