my delivery was to be here between 10:30 and 3:30, so i called and they said my shipment was next and then the delivery guy calls and said they would be at my house in 35 to 45 minutes,---well still no delivery at 4:57 which is over an hour later.

I have not even received the items yet. It has been a month. They are not to be here until 11-13-2009. Seems like a long time for you to have my money with me still waiting for the stuff. What do you think?
