Customer service is non-existant. Their customer service agent said that buying from thenerds.net was "risky", HIS WORDS. Stay away! Placed my order for item, Site stated 100 in stock. Three days later after receiving zero emails, I called only to find out the item was out of stock. I than asked for a refund to my PP account, I was told the moneys on the way, three day now and no sign of any refund. Really bad Support/Service!

I ordered a Shure Microphone from TheNerds.net because it was the cheapest place and offered free shipping at the time. Long story short, if you can believe this, they sent me an EMPTY box! No lie. I ordered an expensive printer on 06/10/08, so it should have been shipped out that same day according to their website or at the latest the next day--Wednesday, June 11th. Awful experience. Two of the items I ordered have still not arrived almost two months later. Website shows they have 48 in stock. Of course they charged my card and collected the money almost two months ago.
