This is my first order with Nerds.net, so at this point I have nothing negative to say about them. However, this product does not function correctly, my wife say's when pushing the bottoms the devise does not respond right away.

I tend to buy online, being able to get into a store is an issue. TheNerds.Net surprised me with the ease of purchase, the shipping costs and the unexpected quick delivery time. I will now check TheNerds.Net site for deals and offers.

We got the delivery fairly quickly, but it was slightly damaged in shipping. One of the corners was slightly chipped but we needed to use it so we'll likely do our best to hide it.

The address UPS recieved was incorrect, causing a delay in delivery. The invoice I printed out had the information correct, so it was a communication error or your end.
