the product has a removable, rechargeable battery that gets stuck and does not come out.

I opened the package looking for a return slip. There was none. so I had to pay for shipping not a prob. my mistake. but, now it has been over a wk. my account has not been credited. I hope it is soon.

i was told it was an open box which turned out to be some box they found in the dumpster.no paper work what so ever came with my item.i should have gone to goodwill and bought the same thing for the same or less.
