I received unit on time, but I have not assembled it yet. The shipping company was unaware that they were supposed to put it my room. I provided 1/3 of the labor to put it into the room of my choice even though I paid you to have them do that..

This was to have a technician set up the machine. The driver said he had never installed this machine. I told him not. After installing the machine, the electronics failed to work.

I have not even received my machine yet and I am furious. Your website says it would be delivered between 7-10 days. Your movers--Cardinal--says they can't deliver it until Oct. 17! More than 20 days after I ordered it!

I felt the shipping cost for "White Glove Service" were extreme. The shipping company cancelled my shipment once claiming it required 2 hours of assemby. What a lie - it took the two delivery men 35 min's...not quite worth 300$

It should have been clear on the website that the white glove delivery option requires to separate visits. I took time off work.

Communication gap btwn the delivery company & SmoothFitness. Delivery didn't know & initially balked at deliverying upstairs - had to insist I had paid for that service. Actual delivery men were courteous & helpful, so am satisfied in the end.

I haven't had a chance to assemble the trainer I bought, as I went away for the weekend and it was delivered on Friday. Therefore, I can't make any statements about the device itself.

The only thing I saw wrong was that the delivery people were not equipped with a two wheel hand cart. They had to borrow mine.
