I am waiting for a response as to whether or not I can exchange the four bottles of SkinCeuticals Phloretin CF I received because the contents appear to have oxidized. I have been a loyal customer and hope you will accomodate my request.
Although the samples option is great, it would be more helpful if one could add more samples (even for a nominal fee) to a purchase and if there were more products available in sample size. (particularly sunscreens)
Customer service should have done an outreach since they placed a hold on my order with no explanation. For 3 weekdays I called to talk to someone or at least leave voicemail but noone answered the phone and the voice mailbox remained full all 3 days!
I ordered 4 samples of the same brand to try and match my color. I recieved two, and an explanation of limitations on sample distribution. The colors were off..I wish I would have been informed BEFORE I confirmed my order because now I don't have a match.
All I ask is that my email & other personal info not be shared with other related or non-related firms (privacy policy). Also, I prefer not to be bombarded with emails. I will not be apt to order if I am emailed to death. I am very satisfied thusfar.
