After overselling and cancelling my confirmed purcahase, I strongly belive ShopNBC should have offerd me more options in order to change my shoping experience from a bad to a great shoping experience, and to maintain their great customer sevice status.

I hope this is about the 65" Mitsubishi HDTV if so why would you use a trucking company who had no help to bring the TV in and I'm disabled and the TV was larger than the man delivering it. I had requested delivery b/4 12:00pm that didn't happen.

I purchase jewelry but the sizes of the rings do not run true to size. The sizes do not come in 1/2 sizes.I wear about 5 1/2 Over all, very satisfied as to style and workmanship.
