The product was not what I ordered, but it was a suitable replacement. I think the product I ordered may be better - it has a ground wire and the replacement does not. Still, the part works and that is all that really matters - hopefully.

quick response was not made regarding the billing address. after 1 wk i called and found they had emailed but not called the business. from there it was a quick delivery.

I thought the item was new. No where on the discription does it state that this is a used item.

Received the wrong item. No response to two emails. When I contacted someone by phone I was told that the warehouse shipped the correct item. It's insulting to be told that since I obviously can see what I ordered and what I received were not the same.

misled on shipping Not completely clear for a first time shopper to select or be directed to shipping costs Also product was not exactly the part no. and model number given The product I received was a substitute for the original Model requested

The shipping method I wanted and picked was next day delivery but instead SWNS sent it on ground and I received the equipment late
